Translate to English Recht fester, herber, etwas getrocknet-pflanzlicher Duft nach roten Beeren und Kirschen mit erdigen Noten, angedeutet Speck und einem Hauch schwarzer Oliven. Sehr herb auch im Mund, erdige, pflanzliche und leicht hefige Noten, verhaltene Frucht, präsenter, etwas trocknend-sandiger Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, salzige mineralische Noten, noch eher gedeckt, guter Abgang mit holzigen Anklängen und ein wenig Pfeffer.
