Cool, distinctly herbal citrus nose with a hint of smoke and yeast, as well as a bit of stone fruit in the background. Slim, again cool, slightly sweet fruit, quite fine acidity, herbal to herbal notes, a touch of dark berries, restrained grip, smoky and nutty traces, good, cool, slightly mineral finish with clear, sweet juice.
