Clear, somewhat smoky and nutty-woody pome fruit aroma with citrus nuances and a hint of herbs. Polished, almost cool, finely juicy fruit with lively acidity and some grip, delicate nutty and smoky wood notes on the palate, herbal-vegetable tones, a little light minerality in the background, restrained power, hint of bitterness, good to very good finish, again with citrus flavours and acid bite.
