Clear, youthful pome fruit nose with light vegetal and nutty tones as well as a little citrus fruit and zest. Nutty and tart yellow-fruity in the mouth, vegetal nuances, a hint of smoke, fine acidity and delicate grip, hints of buttery nuances, salt in the background, good to very good, tart, again somewhat nutty finish.
