Herbaceous to herbal citrus nose with some peach, yeasty and cereal traces and black berry hints. Sweet fruit with herbal and hints of peppery tones, somewhat yeasty on the palate, hints of black berries in the background, lively acidity, delicate carbonic acid and moderate tannin, certain persistence, a hint of woodruff, mineral nuances, fennel-like spiciness, good to very good, quite sweet finish with buttery nuances.
