A somewhat vegetable and earthy nose with notes of red and black berries, sour cherry hints, floral undertones, and a touch of root vegetables. Bitter, slightly sour fruit, fine sandy tannins, smoky and roasted hints, a bit of dark chocolate, certain sustainability, ethereal notes, noticeable alcohol, little depth, good finish with a bit of bite.
