Cool, rather tart, herbaceous-vegetable nose with bright yellow fruity and still slightly yeasty notes. Slender, rather sweet fruit, herbal and hints of nutty tones, a little dark berries in the background, quite present acidity and delicate grip, mineral hints, hints of yellow spice, delicate grip, also strikingly sweet in the finish and not least because of this also a little melting.
