Cool, rather firm, planty to herbaceous and a touch floral nose with tart yellow fruity as well as a little peppery, floral and rooty notes, but also slightly reminiscent of fresh savoy cabbage. Lean, tart and rather cool, fine-juicy fruit with herbal, slightly yeasty, white-peppery and mineral notes, present acidity, still a little drying tannin, good persistence, clearly salty notes, still undeveloped, very good, tart, still a little drying finish with cool, bright juice.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
