2020 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc Klassik trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, delicately floral and slightly nutty scent of yellow fruits with a hint of elderberry and nuances reminiscent of asparagus. Straightforward, still youthful fruit with a delicately sweet melt and light acidity, delicate tannin, good persistence, peppers, fennel and hints of red berries in the background, salty and earthy tones, very good, slightly warm finish.
