Tart, cool-vegetal and somewhat herbal citrus-pome fruit scent with mineral nuances. Relatively sweet fruit with tart herbal notes and quite present acidity, slightly nutty and earthy on the palate, some carbonation, some melting, a little lemony tones, not too deep, slightly drying finish with warming alcohol.
