Klare, geradlinige Frucht mit pflanzlicher und ganz leicht nussiger Würze, sehr feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, leicht süßlicher Schmelz, gute Nachhaltigkeit, pfeffrige Beitöne, etwas Tiefe, hat Leben, animierend, geschliffener, saftiger und kräuterig-grasiger Abgang mit mineralischen Noten.
