Translate to English Kräuterige und vegetabile Töne im leicht mineralischen Apfel-Quittenduft. Am Gaumen harmonisch, die zarte Restsüße unterstützt die Birnen-Melonenfrucht, auch leicht honigartige und kräuterige Noten, dezente, aber rückgratgebende Säure, leider etwas griesig durch Gerbstoff, ein wenig eingemachte Birne im zart bitterlichen, ordentlichen bis guten Abgang.
