Feste Frucht mit ziemlich lebhafter Säure, pikant, leicht rauchige Würze, guter Schmelz, im Hintergrund mineralisch, herbwürziger, pikanter Abgang mit Eichenholzaromen. Noch etwas unharmonisch; legt mit der reife möglicherweise deutlich zu.
