Youthful, slightly peppery and somewhat vegetal to herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of wild berries, floral notes and mint. Straightforward, still a little yeasty and delicately sweetish fruit with a hint of citrus zest, melon and hints of avocado and gooseberry, lively acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, salty and chalky minerality, yeast again, very good finish with bite.
