Fresh, vegetal nose, somewhat reminiscent of spring onions, with aromas of ripe, partly preserved citrus fruit and stone fruit, restrained pear and apple as well as nutty and delicately smoky notes. Ripe, warm and melting, again partly preserved, quite sweet fruit, nut butter and candy tones on the palate, fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, a hint of carbonic acid, smoky and ashy nuances, vegetal hints, good to very good, again warm and quite sweet finish with black berry traces.
