Somewhat planty to herbaceous and still a hint of yeasty citrus-pome fruit aroma with peach notes as well as nutty and floral traces. Quite firm, rather bright fruit with fine vegetal and nutty tones, moderate sweetness and tart ethereal-vegetable spice, persistent on the palate, lots of power, but also cool elements alongside the warming alcohol, some minerality in the background, smoky nuances, noticeable grip, very good finish with candy notes and a little yellow spice.

Best to drink: 2025-2032+. What our ratings mean
