Firm stone and pomaceous fruit aroma with distinct fine vegetable notes, nutty hints, hints of mushrooms, bacon and a hint of smoke. Ripe, dense, juicy fruit, melting, slightly sweet and rather warm, but gains cool elements and bite with air, very fine acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, a little smoky barrel notes on the palate, nutty and black-peppery flavours, stony mineral tones in the background, quite clear yellow spice with sea buckthorn, turmeric and saffron, persistent, lots of power, a hint of salt and coffee, very good, juicy, sweetish-melting and spicy finish with lots of salt.
