2022 Wagram DAC Grüner Veltliner Reserve trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Somewhat nutty and slightly smoky, firm nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, some stone fruit and fine vegetal spice reminiscent of leek as well as moderate barrel notes. Ripe, quite firm, juicy, not quite dry fruit, minty notes, some candy, smoke, herbs and nutty wood notes, a little caramel on the palate, quite persistent, fine acidity and some grip, smoky hints, mineral tones in the background, very good, again sweetish-juicy and spicy finish.
