Somewhat fresh, planty and herbal scent of bright yellow fruits with delicate floral and slightly almondy hints as well as a touch of egg white. Straightforward, slightly sweet fruit with delicately creamy, a hint of resin and nuances reminiscent of pepper, rather moderate acidity, some carbonic acid, earthy and spicy notes in the background, very light tannic grip and quite good persistence, chalky minerality in the good to very good, quite alcoholic finish
