2013 Bechtheim Geyersberg Riesling trocken privat, Rheinhessen, Germany

Slightly dried-vegetable to earthy and a hint of nutty aroma with calm yellow fruity notes, especially mirabelle plums, as well as a hint of rubber. Fairly calm on the palate too, earthy, somewhat vegetal and a hint of nutty, restrained fruit, lots of melting on the palate, delicately sweetish, clearly restrained acidity, good substance and persistence, but little life, some warmth, tidy, again somewhat melting and unfortunately already slightly dull finish.
