Translate to English Strahlendes Gelb-Grün; lebendige, mittelfeine bis grobe Perlage, recht anhaltend. Feiner, leicht hefiger Duft von grünen Äpfeln, süß-röstigem Eichenholz und einer Spur Mineralien. Von rauchwürzigem Eichenholzaroma geprägter Geschmack, dahinter auch relativ saftige Frucht, mittelfeines Mousseux, runder, recht fülliger Stil, gute Nachhaltigkeit, Apfelfrucht und Eichenholzwürze im Abgang.
