Quite clearly herbaceous-planty and very delicately yeasty aroma with quite fine yellow-fruity aromas, a little mushroom and floral nuances. Ripe, juicy, sweetish fruit, lively, ripe acidity and some tannic grip, quite clear minerality, dark flavours in the background, lasting, relatively firm, some depth, floral nuances, very good, again sweetish finish with grip. Would not need the sugar at all.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
