2017 Forst Pechstein Riesling Spätlese trocken, Pfalz, Germany

cool nose, herbaceous and vegetal notes, citrus and stone fruit, light yellow fruit, light smoky and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, polished, lively acidity, light tannic grip, yeasty traces, persistent, prominent mineral notes, still young, straightforward style, very good, fairly firm, juicy finish.
