Fairly cool and light nose, vegetal, herbaceous and floral traces, citrus and stone fruit, touch of white pepper, mineral notes, hint of parsley and green bell peppers. Fairly juicy, firm, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty notes, hint of bacon, dried vegetal and herbaceous aromas, persistent and gripping, smoky traces, hint of dark berries, good substance, some depth, firm bite and grip, still largely undeveloped, very good firm, juicy, slightly spicy finish.
