Translate to English Relativ fester, eher herber und kühler Steinobst- Zitrusduft mit einem Hauch Maracuja und Ananas, kräuterigen Nuancen und relativ deutlicher Mineralik. Klare, recht geschliffene, süßlich-saftige Frucht, pflanzliche bis kräuterige und noch zart hefige Würze, eine Spur heller Nüsse, lebendige Säure und ein wenig Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Biss, im Hintergrund Mineralik, ganz leicht rau, guter bis sehr guter, süßlicher Abgang.
