2013 Forst Pechstein Riesling Spätlese trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Stone fruit, citrus fruits and some pome fruit on the nose, along with delicate vegetal aromas, yeast and floral and mineral notes in the background. Rather juicy, not quite dry fruit, clearly herbal-vegetable spice, fine, lively acidity and some carbonic acid, still slightly restless and rough on the palate, good persistence and substance, minerality in the background, yeasty nuances, very good finish with juice and grip.
