Süßlich und herb zugleich im Mund, getrocknet-pflanzlich und nussig, präsente Säure und leicht trocknend-sandiger Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, Kandisnoten und ein wenig Karamell, erdige Noten, nicht allzu tief, im Abgang ein wenig austrocknend.
