Earthy, vegetal and a hint of tobacco and ash on the nose, restrained tart yellow fruit, yeasty and peppery traces. Cool, youthful citrus pomaceous fruit with fresh vegetal aromas, a little avocado and bergamot, fine, relatively lively acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, smoky nuances in the background, with air also marzipan and hints of brown butter, salt and chalky tones, plus a little white pepper, good to very good finish with a little white tea.
