Slightly vegetal, somewhat smoky, nutty and planty to herbal aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of brown butter and yeast. Clear, rather slender, quite tightly knit fruit with nuances reminiscent of lemon verbena and pepper, lively, almost present acidity, noticeable tannic grip, some persistence, grassy tones and some yellow spice in the background, lots of salt, very good finish with grip and tension.
