Cool, somewhat tart-vegetable to herbaceous and nutty pomaceous fruit nose with citrus notes, celery and light smoky hints. Slender, youthful citrus fruit with a noticeable acid bite, a hint of black berries and mint, clearly white root vegetables on the palate, light tannic grip, certain persistence, hints of lime and sage, salty tones on a good finish.
