Clear, cool and bright nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, vegetal notes and floral traces. Tart, cool and bright fruit, fine acidity, fresh vegetal and slightly nutty tones, some persistence, chalky to salty hints, good, tart, again nutty finish.
