2021 "Weisse Sause", Rheinhessen, Germany

Cloudy lemon yellow with hints of green. Clearly yeasty nose with lemon and lime tones, a hint of egg and herbal to floral hints. Slender, bright fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, also herbal and floral tones, medium-fine, lively mousseux, some grip, certain persistence, smoky and bready hints, again also some egg, good finish.
