Youthful, somewhat vegetal to herbal nose of bright yellow fruits with a little gooseberry and elderberry. Clear, lean, delicately sweet citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of dark berries, lively acidity, light grip, some persistence, hints of yeast and protein, salty-mineral tones, good finish with bite.
