Somewhat floral, fresh-vegetable to herbaceous and slightly yeasty nose with pome fruit aromas, hints of mushrooms, rosemary and red to black berries. Ripe fruit with nutty and smoky flavours, yeast and rosemary again, good persistence, medium-fine perlage, a certain acid bite and restrained tannin, a hint of coffee in the background, only a hint of dosage sweetness, very good finish.
