Cool, yeasty citrus nose with a hint of peach, fresh vegetal notes and floral nuances. Lean fruit with grapefruit notes, hard peach and some green apple, yeasty, vegetal and delicately floral flavours, a hint of dark berries, noticeable acid bite and medium-fine perlage, some persistence, restrained dosage sweetness, good finish.
