Fairly cool, delicately yeasty nose, light nutty notes and some dried vegetal notes, citrus fruit, light floral and peppery traces, hint of peanuts. Youthful, straightforward fruit on the palate, fairly prominent citrus notes, hint of sugar candy, very elegant, lively acidity, light grip and some persistence, salty and light nutty notes, on a very slightly muted, good to very good, firm finish.
