Clearer, a slightly smoky citrus stone fruit aroma with ethereal herbal notes, distinct minerality, a hint of root vegetables, lemon verbena, and pepper. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit that is not completely dry, fine acidity, and a lot of grip, yeasty and moderately phenolic tones, ethereal herbs on the palate, a lot of salt and chalk, but also decidedly dark tones in the background, shell tones, then plums, fine peel bitterness, good depth, very good, juicy and again ethereal-spicy finish with a lot of juice, gaining depth and energy in the air over days, a lot of dark spice and intense minerality.

Best to drink: Ende 2025 bis 2034+. What our ratings mean
