Clear, rather fine, youthful mandarin stone fruit nose with fresh herbal aromas, orange notes, a hint of spring onion, smoke, chicory, oyster mushrooms, and mineral undertones. Firmly structured, juicy, rather bright yellow fruit with a touch of passion fruit, hinted smoke, yeasty and floral traces, a lot of salt and smoky nuances, hinted stony tones, initially slightly sweet, becoming more bitter with air, very good, firm, mineral, and slightly smoky finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2025 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
