Firm, cool and pure, still delicately yeasty, somewhat herbal-vegetable scent with fine citrus and peach aromas and a hint of mint. Clear, taut and again cool, fine-juicy fruit that does not appear absolutely dry, lively, very fine acidity, yeasty nuances, hints of herbal-vegetable notes and a touch of yellow spice, hints of fat nuts and butter, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, clearly salty and chalky tones, elegant style, has substance and a certain tension, some depth, red-fruity nuances in the background, very good, firm finish.
