Cool, somewhat herbal, almondy and hints of bacon aroma of partly candied citrus fruits with nuances reminiscent of fine root vegetables. Firm, still youthful, very sweet, bright fruit with slightly blackberry and waxy aromas, light grip, good persistence, certain depth, hints of caramel and honey, delicate melting, salty and chalky minerality, still seems undeveloped, very good finish.
