Firm and deep, cool, tart, finely vegetal and still hinting at yeasty aromas with bright citrus and stone fruit aromas, herbal nuances, pepper, blackberries, some egg white, fresh bread and clear minerality. Dense and quite juicy in the mouth, cool, noble, not completely dry fruit, gripping acidity that marbles the wine, herbal-vegetable notes in the background, persistent, deep and firm, clear, rather light minerality, still completely undeveloped, very good, again light, taut, fine-juicy and mineral finish with a lot of grip and bite.
