Firm and quite deep, cool, fine fragrance with planty to herbal and rather bright yellow fruity aromas, a hint of yeast and almost a little dark minerality in the background. Juicy, again rather tightly knit, pure-toned, not completely dry fruit, some grip and very fine acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, nutty yeasty tones, light and dark minerality in the background, rather clear character of origin, good depth, still undeveloped, a trace of smoke, quite complex, very good, firm, juicy finish with rather dark spice and a trace of menthol
