Concentrated nose, light yeasty notes, touch of yellow spice, dried and candied yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes. Veryconcentrated, sweet, partly dried and candied fruit on the palate, tremendous acidity, deep and persistent, yeasty traces, touch of yellow spice, mineral notes in the background, viscous texture, but also has a very vibrant style, sugar candy on a long, complex, very juicy, fruity finish. Needs lots of time to mature.
