Clear, cool nose, still lsightly reductive and yeasty, delicate floral and vegetal notes, elegant yellow fruit, nutty notes, hint of bacon. Ripe, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, elegant acidity, some grip, hint of bacon, mineral traces, fresh vegetal nuances and some citrus notes, good to very good finish.
