Very youthful, fresh and polished, somewhat nutty, tobacco and woody-spicy aroma of ripe black berries and cherries with a little chocolate and peppery nuances. Tart, juicy, again fresh and polished fruit, nutty, tobacco and peppery flavours, some bitter chocolate, a hint of pumpernickel on the palate, persistent, lively acidity and youthful, very fine tannins, chalky-salty minerality, a little smoke, very good, taut, cool finish with fine juice, spice and bite. Very skilful.
