Tart, restrained, rather bright fruit with dried-vegetable, slightly fennel and nutty flavours. Bright, a hint of melting fruit with restrained red berry flavours, suitable acidity, chalky notes, some persistence, a little tannin, good to very good, a hint of drying finish with a hint of root vegetables and smoky traces.
