2022 Wachau DAC Joching Grauburgunder Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Relatively cool, nutty and delicately vegetal bouquet with restrained, light yellow-fruity aromas and floral traces. Fine, again rather cool, light fruit with delicate sweetness and lively acidity, herbal-vegetable nuances on the palate, nutty tones, a hint of pepper, lasting, somewhat grippy, salty mineral nuances in the background, a tiny trace of wax, very good, quite juicy and finely spicy, again also mineral finish.
