2021 Wachau DAC Ried Kollmitz Grüner Veltliner trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Clear, restrained, rather bright yellow-fruity nose with tart herbal-vegetal notes, floral traces and some minerality. Quite firmly woven fruit with tart herbal spiciness, quite clear minerality and some grip, relatively lively, fine acidity, good persistence, has power but also cooling elements, light nutty tones in the background, a trace of yeast and smoke, hints of black berries, good to very good finish with restrained fruit, delicately sweet melting, but again also a lot of tart, partly herbal spiciness and bite
