2021 Wachau DAC Joching Weißburgunder Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Still youthful, clearly green-vegetable, somewhat nutty, smoky and slightly spicy scent of yellow fruits with fine vegetal and a little ethereal-herbal nuances. Delicately sweet fruit with delicately creamy, slightly peppery notes, lively acidity, has some grip and certain persistence, white flowers and juniper in the background, salty tones, noticeable alcohol, good to very good, slightly warm finish.
