Very clear nose, pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus, elegant ehrbs and spices, mineral traces. Clear and straightforward on the palate, polished fruit, extremely elegant acidity, herbaceous traces, mineral notes in the background, good persistence, very harmonious and refreshing, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, some soup greens, light mineral and earthy notes, hint of yellow fruit. Clear, dry, elegantly spicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous and vegetal notes, delicate peppery traces, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral notes, very harmonious, good to very good finish.
